We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements, and we strive to make our return and refund process as straightforward and fair as possible. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for items purchased from our website.

Eligibility for Returns:
Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full or partial refund, provided they meet the return eligibility criteria. To qualify, items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, complete with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation. Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return. Certain products, such as software-activated items, ink or toner cartridges that have been opened, or clearance/sale items, may not be eligible for return.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team at returns@GetPrinterDeals.com with the order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during return shipping. In most cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

Inspection and Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the item and condition upon return. Shipping charges (original or return) are generally non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photo evidence of the damage or defect and will work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund. We may cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items at our discretion.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different model or variant, please contact our customer service team. Exchange eligibility is subject to product availability and the same conditions as our return policy.
